Handmade Bike Cog Lantern

This lantern was made by hand from repurposed bike cogs, wire, and hardware. This lantern has three cogs and a hanging glass wire-wrapped candleholder.

There are only 5 of these lanterns in existence! We first made one for our friends' porch, and think they work just as great for outside as inside. Our favorite thing is the cool cool bike cog shadows the light casts on the ceiling and the walls.

Stick a LED tea candle inside for all-weather goodness, or use a real candle. Hangs from a hook and includes everything except your light source of choice. You can tweak the wires to make it hang the way you want it to. The wire-wrapped glass candle holder is a separate piece and is easily attached and detatched from a hook on the wire cog frame for ease of use.
